If they like it, they'll come back year after year to experience what you do every day.
Lodges need all sorts of workers to operate successfully - guides, bartenders, servers, cooks, housekeepers, guest services, front desk, drivers, bartenders, and other support roles. Most jobs are seasonal and are in full force during the busy times, but there are also opportunities to advance into year round positions if you do a good job.
It doesn't matter what type of lodge you work at, you'll love the job. You may end up surrounded by snow-capped peaks, on the shores of tranquil bays, or in the shadow of Denali. Working in a lodge is one of the best ways to live a true, remote Alaskan experience.
